The programme of this workshop begins with a review of the Khiem Long and Tinh Cau forms and continues the following day with a detailed study of the Bat Khi form, with regard to harmony and flexibility of execution as well as the study of some particular energy points. Some characteristics of the basic Viettaichi quyen division are then described.
Finally, starting from the Khai Mon form and its many combination possibilities, Master Hung Kien Ho gives his contribution on a study made on the hexagram Que Giai (Liberation) obtained from the union of the trigram of the Tiger and the Snake.
The lecture by Grand Master Phan Hoang entitled ‘Making the void and seeing differently’ was well attended and appreciated.
