A peculiarity of this Stage is the reflection and study of certain transversal characteristics in the quyen.
One of them is the presence of bird postures and strategies in various sequences analysed under the three aspects Tinh, Khi, Than. And then the philosophical aspects related to the movements, to the breathing of the eagle rather than the butterfly, each movement has its reason and meaning in all its aspects.
Grand Master Phan Hoang introduces the concept of Khi Cong by distinguishing between dynamic and static Khi Cong and identifies some points of the sequences in which to train them in a particular way.
