In this workshop, Grand Master Phan Hoang defines the Leading Black Belt School (LBBS) programme by formalising the essential points of the study of:
– Chi Bong as a stand-alone discipline and no longer reserved for martial artists, but open to all;
– Chi Kiem with the possibility of training the sword for competition rather than for breathing, health or even for Energy and Khi Cong;
– Voviet as a Martial Art based on the 8 principles and the six characteristics.
