Grand Master Phan Hoang’s second appointment with the city of La Spezia where he practised and deepened the Dai Lao quyen, which has always been a source of new inspiration for one’s health and internal energy. The Bai Di Xa qyuen, the kit dedicated to the traveller, and the Loi Ho quyen to end this workshop with the most martial aspect of VietTaChi.
