We don’t have much information about this Workshop, but we do have a date, even if it is not precise, and then a nice memoir from Master Pedro Rico, that we report as is.
What we do know for sure is that Grand Master Phan Hoang on this occasion presented Viettaichi for the first time, and in particular the quyen Tinh-Mat.

“I have a little anecdote to tell about this workshop in 1991. My wife was about to give birth to our daughter Jennifer (born 25.06.1991).
My job was to pick up Grand Master Phan Hoang from Geneva airport (I hope he remembers).
My stepfather was chief of police at Geneva airport, so I asked him if he could accompany me to receive Grand Master Phan Hoang.
He did better than that, he took me straight to the plane and we welcomed Grand Master Phan Hoang straight off the plane ‘like a true VIP’. He was surprised to see a practitioner come to pick him up, then be escorted around the airport – all the people were looking at him and wondering who this important person was.
Then I accompanied him to our meeting with the other Masters”.
