VIET-KHI-PHAP: The Way of Breathing and Inner Power
VIET-KHI-PHAP is one of the disciplines of the VIETCHI SYSTEM created by Grand Master PHAN HOANG that aims to cultivate internal power.
VIET-KHI-PHAP has its origins in the internal techniques of Viet-Vo-Dao, which were rarely included in the training programme of the 1970s.
Its four basic forms (quyen) show man’s connection with nature through the four seasons. The application of the five basic breathing methods, the result of an enormous research effort by Grand Master PHAN HOANG, finds here a good way of understanding them.
The VIET-KHI-PHAP meets the aspirations of those who enjoy the depth of internal training, good health, great self-control and happiness in everyday life. It is the Way of people who live in harmony with Nature, the great way of tranquillity.
The four basic forms of VIET-KHI-PHAP are:
- TIEP-XUAN Welcome Spring
- VO-HA Entering Summer
- HA-THU Wonderful Autumn
- TRONG DONG Respecting Winter
Furthermore, for those who wish to have a broader and more modern interpretation of the 5 elements, Grand Master PHAN HOANG has created 2 additional forms:
- TUYEN-SINH The birth
- THIEN HA The celestial river
