VIET-TAI-CHI: The Art to Live Happily and in Health
VIETTAICHI has its origins in Vietvodao, but IT IS NOT a Martial Art. Viettaichi movements are exceptionally beautiful, and they reflect the noble spirit of the practitioner. Its thirty basic forms (quyen) offer a great choice. For instance, take TINH MAT, a ‘living book’ focusing on the twelve meridians and the vital points of acupuncture. VIETTAICHI is the External Way to cultivate the practitioner’s personality within society, whereas VIETKHIPHAP represents the Internal Way. It satisfies the aspirations of those who love practising the elegant movements of Vietnamese Martial Arts, but do not like the rigidity of classic Martial Arts training. The aim of Viettaichi is to promote good health and the joy of living in harmony.
