The Tue Phong Centre in Oderzo (TV / Italy) is organising 5 meetings about VO VIET.
Each encounter will take place between 2:30 and 5:30pm. You are required to register at least ONE WEEK before the date of the meeting. The meetings will be held in Italian.

Here’s some info about the programme:

These meetings are dedicated to the practice of Vo-Viet, a Vietnamese educational martial art, one of the 8 disciplines of the VietChi System devised by Grand Master C. Phan Hoang. The pillars of this discipline will be studied, above all in practical terms: mental and physical strength, strategy, potential, martial applications, methodology.
Part of the meeting will be specifically dedicated to working on energy, through the execution of slow and fluid exercises and movements, aimed at increasing and balancing the flow of energy, calming the mind, and achieving greater self-awareness.
